Excel Spreadsheet Template Downloads

It's been a long time coming, but I finally took the time to sit down and develop some easy-to-use budgeting and financial tracking spreadsheets for full-time RVers.*

The following are Microsoft 2007 Excel** "workbooks" containing multiple spreadsheets. A workbook is basically a collection of inter-related spreadsheets.

Many full-timers use accounting software like Quickbooks, Quicken, MS Money, etc. But for those that prefer the simple structure of Excel, these workbooks will certainly do the job for most needs.

The good news is that you don't need to be an experienced Excel user. While a very basic understanding of Excel is assumed, as long as you know how to put data in a cell, these workbooks include all the formulas and do the calculations for you. Also, each workbook contains an "Instructions" page as the last "spreadsheet" in each workbook.

There is a small fee to download each type of workbook. Of course the prices are higher for the more complex designs, but we think you will be quite satisfied with the value no matter which one you choose.

    * - Note: Though these workbooks/spreadsheets were designed with full-time RVers in mind, they certainly will work for all RVers and non-RVers alike. The income and expense categories can easily be changed to reflect any situation.

    ** - Note: These spreadsheets have the .XLSX file extension and are compatible with Excel 2010. Also, I have the files saved in .XLS format, so if you need Excel 2003 versions, I can email those after purchase.



    Budget Template - $5.00

    This workbook is the simplest of the workbooks on this page. It is for those that want to simply plug anticipated income and expense numbers into a pre-defined budget format.

    Income, Expense, & Cash Flow Tracking with Incorporated Budget and Variance Calculations - $25.00

    This workbook is for those that want to not only track income, expenses, and cash flow, but also want to see how they are doing against their plan or budget.

    It takes the Income, Expense, & Cash Flow workbook and adds a Budget spreadsheet. But it goes beyond that and includes automatic calculations that show you how your actual income and expenses compare to your budget.

    This workbook contains an Actual & Budget Summary that is fully automated. It shows actual income and expenses side-by-side with your budgeted income and expenses and calculates "variances" as well as monthly and year-to-date totals.     Custom Designed Workbooks - $50.00 and up

    Many people will not need all the pre-defined categories in the workbooks above. However, deleting rows and columns in those workbooks without messing up the automatic calculations can be dicey at best.

    So, for those that don't want extra rows they don't need, and for those that don't want to mess with changing and moving category names, we can customize the above templates for exactly what you want. Custom designed workbooks based on the above templates will be $50.

    But if you want something even more sophisticated or something with a very specific look and feel, we can do that as well. We can agree on a price based on the difficulty of the task and the level of customization you want.

    Administrative Items

    Guarantee
    Due to the nature of these downloadable products, we cannot provide refunds. However, if you find a formula or calculation flaw, we will certainly fix it.

    I've done lots of testing, but there are many, many formulas and there could be something I missed. If so, we guarantee we will correct the problem subject to the next section "End User Changes".

    End User Changes
    We have "Protected" each of the spreadsheets and locked certain cells so that users cannot inadvertently "break" the spreadsheets and workbooks.

    However, for more experienced users, we have made it easy to "Unprotect" the spreadsheets which makes the operation of the workbooks vulnerable if certain changes are made.

    The End User assumes the risk of "Unprotecting" and "Unlocking" cells and making changes to the formulas or adding and deleting rows and columns which can affect the automation. If such changes are made and the workbook stops functioning as designed, we will assist with fixing the workbook, but there will be an hourly fee to do so.

    Downloads & Payments
    The workbook downloads and shopping cart are managed by E-junkie.

    E-junkie Shopping Cart and Digital Delivery

    Payments are processed through E-junkie via PayPal. Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal accounts may be used for payment.

    Once you "checkout" you should get an automated "thank you" email from E-junkie with a link to your order information. That should be followed by a second email that includes a link to download your workbook and a notice that you have 24 hours to perform the download.

    That second email will also include our email address in case you have any comments, questions, or problems.

    We hope these workbooks save you lots of time. I know they are much better than the ones I've been using for the last few years. :)
